    Accept the best proposal. Pay the professional directly after the job and leave a review.

Every professional replies in the same format, so comparing is easy. Your phone number and full address are shown only to the one you choose.

Fixed price or hourly

The professional says whether the price covers the whole job or is hourly, and how many hours are expected.

Job or technical visit

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you request.

How much does it cost to request a job?

Nothing. Requesting and receiving proposals is free. You pay only the proposal you accept.

When and how do I pay?

After the job is done, directly to the professional, by Pix or cash. During the pilot nothing is charged in the app.

How many proposals will I get?

Up to three, from local professionals who cover the chosen category and time slot.

Can everyone see my phone and address?

No. Before the agreement, the professional sees only the neighbourhood and the request summary. Contact details and the full address appear after you accept a proposal.

Are professionals verified?

Professionals go through RideWay registration. Businesses get the verified badge only after the team checks the CNPJ.

Can I change the day or the price?

Yes. Send a counter-proposal in the app; the professional can accept or reply.

What if the job doesn’t go as agreed?

Rate the professional in the app and contact RideWay support. The warranty is the one the professional wrote in the proposal.

Where does it work?

In the Aracaju (SE) pilot, scheduled to start in December 2026.
