Motorcycle rentals are operating in Aracaju. The delivery pilot is planned for December 2026. App-based revenue streams depend on service rollout and contract terms.

The RideWay app · at the heart of the ecosystem

One app. Your city’s opportunities on two wheels.

The app brings rides, shopping and deliveries together. A branch can work with its own fleet and couriers using their own motorcycles, depending on services rolled out in the region.

  • Passenger ridesMotorcycle taxi rides through the app, where municipal regulations allow.
  • Delivery and marketplaceLocal restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and shops sell through the app, and your couriers deliver.
  • Hourly or daily courier hireStores, factories and offices use the app to hire a courier for multiple consecutive tasks.
  • Shopping and errandsGroceries, pharmacies, banks, notary offices and documents: errands across the city.
  • Regular customers with scheduled routesWeekly deliveries for factories, distributors and offices under monthly contracts.
  • WhatsApp sales with payment linksThe merchant sends a link, the customer pays by Pix or card, and the courier takes the order.

Open to all motorcycle couriers in the city. Couriers with their own motorcycles use the RideWay app normally. Fleet renters use the version with integrated rentals, deducted from weekly ride earnings.

RideWay OS · branch management

The app connects the city. The OS organises your operation.

RideWay OS is the production system for managing fleets, contracts, billing, documents and maintenance. Franchisees can oversee rental operations in one place.

Fleet and maintenance

Track your branch’s motorcycles and maintenance to plan servicing and look after company assets.

Contracts and documents

Keep rental information and supporting documents together to track each contract’s obligations.

Billing and collections

Manage rental billing and recorded payments. Integration with app payments follows the contract and service rollout.

The OS manages the branch; the app brings together services for customers, merchants and couriers. The COF describes features, integrations and franchise terms.

How your branch earns revenue

Multiple revenue streams in one operation.

A conventional rental business relies on rentals alone. At RideWay, the same operation earns revenue from several parts of the network.

1Fleet rentals

Recurring weekly or monthly revenue from each rented motorcycle.

Service: motorcycle rentals
2Ride and delivery transaction fees

A share of every ride and delivery through the app, by fleet couriers and those with their own motorcycles.

Services: rides and deliveries
3Marketplace commissions

A share of sales by local stores selling through the RideWay app.

Service: marketplace sales
4Business services

Hourly or daily courier hire and scheduled routes under monthly contracts.

Services: hourly couriers and scheduled routes

With control and security: rental charges are deducted weekly from ride and delivery earnings under the contract, and every payment is recorded in RideWay OS.

Investment, revenue, obligations and terms are described in the franchise disclosure document (COF). This website does not provide revenue projections.

The opportunity

In smaller cities, motorcycles are essential. Not everyone can buy one.

Motorcycles take people to work, deliver goods and provide a livelihood. The barrier is access: a deposit, credit approval and affordable instalments. Your RideWay branch addresses that need, and each rented motorcycle joins the RideWay app.

Find my territory
Motorcycles are already everyday transport

In smaller cities, 1 in 5 people owns a motorcycle. In state capitals, it is 1 in 7. There are 17.6 million motorcycles across the 417 non-capital territories.

Many need a motorcycle but cannot buy one

Without a deposit, approved credit or time to wait through months of instalments, people who need a motorcycle to work are left waiting.

RideWay opens access

New or used motorcycles with weekly or monthly payments, without bank financing. Under an ownership-transfer plan, the motorcycle can become the renter’s at the end, subject to the contract.

The local advantage

You know your city. RideWay provides the platform for you to lead.

You are already where large apps still need to expand. Entering a new city requires expansion plans, substantial marketing and sometimes billions in resources. You already live there. You know the businesses, people, neighbourhoods and opportunities. With RideWay, you can establish your local presence early.

Know the marketYou know which stores sell, who needs deliveries and where demand is in your city.
Build local relationshipsNegotiate face to face with merchants rather than through remote support.
Get there earlyIn many smaller cities, this market is still unstructured. Early entrants build the network.

Referral programme

Your couriers and merchants become business partners.

People renting your motorcycles already work with RideWay. They know other couriers and local businesses and can refer them to the platform. The network grows from within.

  • A courier refers a storeFor each new store joining through a courier’s referral, the courier earns rides without transaction fees.
  • A courier refers another courierWith their own motorcycle, they use the RideWay app. Without one, they rent from your fleet.
  • A merchant refers another merchantBusinesses refer other businesses to sell through the app and earn deliveries without transaction fees.

Referral programme rules are described in the COF.

Larger territories are divided into areas of around 200,000–250,000 residents, by municipality or city zone, one per franchise. The 417 non-capital territories are the expansion priority. Frequently asked questions

How much do I need to invest?

It depends on initial fleet size, branch facilities and working capital. Full figures are in the franchise disclosure document (COF), provided before any contract.

Is the franchise profitable? How much can I earn?

This website does not provide revenue projections. RideWay provides the COF and a territory study with population, motorcycle registrations and surrounding towns to help you assess the business using local data.

Why not simply open a motorcycle rental business?

A conventional rental business relies on rent and on renters finding work. With RideWay, motorcycles join the app, rental charges are deducted from ride earnings and the branch also earns transaction fees, marketplace commissions and business services revenue.

Is the territory exclusive? How are areas divided?

Yes. Each franchise receives an exclusive area. Territories with up to approximately 300,000 residents, as in most smaller regions, form a single area: the hub city and neighbouring towns in the IBGE immediate geographic region. Larger territories are divided into areas of around 200,000–250,000 residents, by municipality in metropolitan regions or by zones and neighbourhoods in state capitals. Areas are tied to minimum fleet and registered-store targets; franchisees meeting targets have preference in neighbouring areas. Boundaries, targets and terms are set out in the COF and contract.

Which businesses does the franchise include?

New and used motorcycle rentals and the RideWay app, including passenger rides, delivery, marketplace, hourly couriers, shopping, errands and scheduled deliveries within your territory. Passenger transport is subject to municipal regulations. The COF describes each business’s scope.

Can couriers use their own motorcycles?

Yes. RideWay is open to all couriers in the region. Those with their own motorcycles use the app for rides and deliveries, generating transaction fees for your branch. Fleet renters use integrated rentals, deducted from weekly ride earnings under the contract.

How does RideWay help recruit stores and couriers?

Through the setup methodology, brand materials, your territory page on this website and the referral programme, where couriers and merchants refer new partners. Support details are described in the COF.

Are franchises only for smaller cities?

No. Brazil is divided into 510 territories, from state capitals to small towns. The 417 non-capital territories are the priority. Where large apps already operate, RideWay targets underserved niches: businesses outside apps, WhatsApp sales and business-to-business deliveries.

Do I need motorcycle expertise?

You do not need to be a mechanic. You need to closely oversee the fleet, contracts and renters. The franchisor provides the motorcycle selection and servicing methodology.

Where do the territory figures come from?

Population: IBGE 2025 estimates. Motorcycles: motorcycles and scooters registered with Senatran in August 2026, including vehicles not deregistered; this is not the fleet in circulation. Territories: IBGE immediate geographic regions.
